The Services engineers have seen an improvement following the earlier work, but as this has not fully resolved the problem, we are going to assign more CPU cores and RAM. The service will be offline for around 5-10 minutes, but we do have a full roll back plan should anything not work as intended. If you experience any issues following the work, please call our Helpdesk on 0345 145 1234. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience this work will cause.

The maintenance will require the service to go offline, but this will be for no more than a minute, as we have a full roll back plan should any problems occur. We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause and if you have any issues after the maintenance has completed, please call our Helpdesk on 0345 145 1234.
