We will be upgrading four of our core routers in London on the night of Tuesday May 26th. This will be done sequentially and will cause a 15 minute downtime per router.
Customers will likely experience an outage during at least one of these reboots as this will impact a significant proportion of our core network. Traffic and services will be routed elsewhere where possible and we will work to minimise the number of customers affected by each individual router reload. In the unlikely event of complications during an upgrade, individual outages may extend beyond 15 minutes.
