Our services team will be carrying out maintenance work on our SurfProtect backend services, beginning at 5 PM on Thursday, 14th August.
During the maintenance, SurfProtect will continue to operate normally, but the Website Analytics and RTAs will be unavailable for new data. All logs will be backfilled once the work is completed.
Our Service Engineers will verify that all work has been successful, and in-house testing will be carried out before the maintenance window is closed.
