Our Services team has identified the root cause that resulted in a lack of internet for Surfprotect customers during the earlier outage.
We will shortly be rolling out the emergency maintenance again to a single production server, the server will then be monitored for a 1 hour period before we proceed to update the remaining SurfProtect servers.

After monitoring the single production server for the last hour, we are happy that the previous issue has been resolved. We will now proceed with the maintenance on the remaining SurfProtect servers.
The maintenance window has now been extended to 16:50 to accommodate for the additional work.
If any issues are identified, we will immediately roll back.
