Exa Networks - FortiGate Managed Firewall OS Upgrades – Maintenance details

As part of our continued drive to ensure the managed Fortigate solutions are secure, we will be upgrading them to a newer and stable release. The work will be done out of hours to limit the impact, connectivity will be affected as the firewalls will need to reboot during the upgrade. All firewalls will be checked to ensure connectivity has been re-established before we close the maintenance window. We will take a backup of all firewalls before the work starts. The work will start at 7 pm each evening and will be completed by 10 pm the same day. It will be split into four separate maintenance windows over the next four days, completing on Thursday at 10 pm. The work
