Exa Networks - Emergency Maintenance - SurfProtect Quantum+ PAC Service – Maintenance details

Our Services engineers will be rolling out a patch to the SurfProtect Quantum+ PAC Service at 10:20 this morning, this is being released to mitigate a problem we have seen with high CPU usage. Whilst no customers have reported an issue when using the PAC, we would expect some users to be seeing intermittent problems when trying to authenticate, or when browsing once authenticated. The maintenance will require the service to go offline, but this will be for no more than a minute, as we have a full roll back plan should any problems occur. We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause and if you have any issues after the maintenance has completed, please call our Helpdesk on 0345 145 1234.
