Exa Networks - LNS Firmware Upgrades – Maintenance details

Our NOC team has scheduled a series of OS upgrades for our LNS infrastructure, set to commence on the week starting 18/09/23. These upgrades are essential to maintain the devices' security and overall system performance, as they will be running the latest firmware. During this upgrade process, customers should anticipate a brief downtime of less than 1 minute, resulting in temporary unavailability of internet access. We have planned the updates to take place within the time window of 19:00 - 21:00, spanning from 19/09/2023 to 14/11/2023.
