Exa Networks - Emergency Maintenance - SurfProtect – Maintenance details

Following on from the issues we have had over the last week, we are going to apply a patch to 8 of our 15 Surfprotect Quantum servers to resolve a problem with some HTTP/TLS bypasses not being applied correctly. The fix has been tested on a debug server successfully, so we are now going to be rolling this out to the servers mentioned above. Customers may see a momentary lack of connection, but this will last no more than a few seconds. We apologise for carrying out this work during the school day, but it is required to resolve issues being reported by multiple schools.
