Our networking team will be carrying out maintenance to perform a firmware upgrade on the VM32 Fortigatre hosted firewall platform in Manchester. The work is being carried out to patch a bug that we identified and the vendor has now released a version release to resolve the issue.
The issue relates to a memory leak that leads to increased memory load over time.
Customers who use the Hosted VM Fortigate firewall solution will see downtime of around 10 minutes during the maintenance window.
The work will be carried out on Tuesday 26th July between 6 pm and 8 pm. Our engineers will ensure all services come back online before closing off the maintenance.
