DSL DSL Disruption

Some of our DSL customers have been experiencing problems connecting to the internet. This issue should now be rectified, however if you are experiencing problems we would advise that you restart your router. If this does not work then please get in touch with our technical support team.

Supplier Maintenance

One of our suppliers will be performing an upgrade to add additional network capacity, ports, and simplify future upgrades of the access routers. The work will be conducted over 4 nights, from Monday 26th - Thursday 29th July between 11pm-6am. DSL customers may experience disruption of up to two hours within the maintenance window although every effort will be made to minimise this. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Core Router Maintenance

We are performing a software upgrade on one of our core routers at our Manchester POP on Saturday 31st July between 04:30 - 07:00am.

Any services that connect directly into this router may experience up to 15 minutes of disruption during this time, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Supplier Maintenance - Worthing

One of our suppliers will be performing essential maintenance on Tuesday 10th August 7pm - 6am, during this period customers in Worthing may experience disruption to their connectivity. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
