Maintenance
Core Router Maintenance

As part of regular preventative maintenance, we will be performing a restart of one of our core routers in Manchester (r1.man-tcw.exa.net.uk). The restart will be performed on the morning of Sunday 24th March, between 2 and 6am.

Before the maintenance we will divert traffic away from the device to minimise impact, however customers with circuits/services directly connected to the router will experience a short disruption during the restart. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

DNS Maintenance

We are upgrading the backend services which administer the DNS section of the customer panel.

We have scheduled this for 17:00 on Monday 25th March and anticipate the work will be complete by 18:00.

Whilst the upgrade is being applied the DNS section may become unresponsive, please do not attempt to make any changes during this period.

SurfProtect Maintenance

We are currently undergoing maintenance on Thursday 10th from 10.30 am to move data logs from one platform to another, which may take a couple of days. This will cause some of the analytics data to be unavailable during this time.
