We have identified a fault with one of our 10Gb core links between Leeds and Bradford. We have notified the affected customers and have a remedial process in place.
14:02 UPDATE: Our engineers have pinpointed the fibre break (some 6 km from our HQ) and have been dispatched to fix it. - Our affected customers will remain on our diversely routed infrastructure until we can confirm everything is back to normal.
