We are seeing strange behaviour for some clients using SurfProtect, we are looking into the problem and will report with an update shortly.
1.10pm Our engineers have identified an issue with a machine which will affect customers using our Fusion product. We are working towards a resolution.
1.50pm The problem was resolved around 1.15pm, the route cause of the problem has been identified. An RFO will be sent to customers with open tickets affected by the problem.
