One of our suppliers for our DSL products is currently having problems running tests and raising faults. This is not causing any disruption for customers however, it means we are unable to carry out diagnostics at this time. Their engineers are looking into the issue as a matter of priority, we will provide further updates as we receive them.

Our DSL supplier is now able to run tests and raise faults again, apologies for any inconvenience caused.
