Internet Connectivity Wednesday 4th January 2017 15:23:00


We have identified an issue with Internet connectivity for our SurfProtect users. We are investigating this issue and will post an update as soon as we have any information.

Our engineer discovered an issue with the back end Bus software used by SurfProtect, the service has been restarted which has resolved the issue.

Our engineers are now performing a deeper investigation on the cause of the issue.
