Some DSL customers are currently experiencing issues authenticating, our teams are investigating the issue and will provide updates as soon as available. If you are experiencing issues with your connectivity please contact our technical support team.

Our supplier is still investigating the root cause of this issue. However we have now mitigated this, so affected customers should no longer be experiencing any issues with their service.

We have determined that this issue is down to a supplier problem, we will keep customers updated with any further information as we get it.
