Core Link Disruption Monday 7th December 2020 13:40:00

One of our suppliers has advised that they have identified a network disturbance that caused a drop in services In turn has caused one our Core Links to be heavily congested. Traffic has re-routed and customers are still able to access services, however speeds may seem slower than usual.

Our supplier has dispatched engineers to the affected site and we will update here as soon as any information becomes available.

Our supplier has both identified and rectified the issue. Our Link is now restored and fully back in service.

We are expecting an RFO from our supplier for this and we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Our supplier has confirmed that their engineers have arrived onsite and are beginning local investigations.

We will continue to relay all updates we receive further.
