SurfProtect customers may be encountering issues when trying to browse online, they may either see white screen or a message such as 'an error was encountered when speaking with SurfProtect backend service' We are currently working on fixing the problem, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

SurfProtect customers may have experienced a recurrence of the issues seen on Friday, where they either see white screen or a message such as 'an error was encountered when speaking with SurfProtect backend service'. The problem now appears to have been fixed, however we are continuing to monitor the service to prevent any further issues.
