A large datacentre located in London has experienced a fire alarm, resulting in a loss of power, and ultimately no service for a number of their customers. Their engineers are currently working to resolve the issue which is affecting a small number of Exa customers in the area.

The outage in London has now been fixed as of 22.25 last night. All circuits came back up and appear to be functioning as expected which means customers should see no further issues.

Engineers are continuing to work on the issue to restore customers connectivity, but it seems like services may not be restored until 21:00 this evening.

Power has now been restored to the datacentre. However, some customers are still experiencing issues. The engineers are continuing to move affected circuits onto a new infrastructure and we should slowly start seeing circuits coming back online.
