We are currently investigating reports of an 'Out of Sync' notice being displayed to customers on the SurfProtect panel.
SurfProtect is still functioning for end users.
We will update further as more information comes available.
The rollout has been successful and syncing has been resolved.
Any changes that customers attempted to submit on the panel during this issue were stored and have been implemented.

We have tested the resolution for this issue and there are no potential additional risks to implementing this.
Therefore we will be rolling this out imminently.
We have now identified the issue and are working on a resolution.
