There seems to be latency on one of the servers for SurfProtect Transparent Cloud & Proxy which is causing slow speeds for some customers. Our team are working to rectify this issue, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

After further investigation, we have discovered that services were affected by a UDP DDoS against one of the SurfProtect servers, which caused some customers to experience slow speeds and unable to access websites. This has now been mitigated and customers should see service restored.

SurfProtect Transparent Cloud & Proxy is now running as usual, apologies for any inconvenience.
