One of our suppliers has experienced an outage this morning, causing a number of customers to lose connectivity between 8:14-8:30am. Service should now be restored, however if you are still experiencing issues please contact support: 0345 145 1234

Following an investigation of this mornings issue, our supplier has determined the root cause of the outage and they have logged a fault with their Hardware Vendors to implement a full fix. Although services are expected to run as normal, they should be considered at risk until we have confirmation from our vendors that the issue has been fully resolved.
