SurfProtect browsing Wednesday 20th November 2019 13:22:00

We are getting reports from some customers having difficulty browsing when going via SurfProtect. We are investigating this as a matter of urgency and will provide updates as we uncover more information.

We are seeing some browsing delays relating to this issue currently. Update to follow ASAP UPDATE We are currently migrating customers away from the server which is experiencing issues to help prevent recurrance.

Browsing is back to normal and we are continuing to investigate the cause.

Some SurfProtect customers using Active Directory are unable to browse. We are investigating as a matter of urgency
