One of our services has rebooted due to high workload, we are restarting the server which should resolve this. Customers may see a momentary restriction on browsing.

We were required to reboot a SurfProtect Quantum server, due to the ongoing issue we have been experiencing. Some customers may have experienced a slight disruption, however the service is now working as usual.

It has been necessary for us to reboot some SurfProtect Quantum servers this morning, due to the ongoing issue we have been experiencing. Some customers will have experienced a slight disruption, however the service is now working as usual.

At 3:51pm we identified a problem with one of our SurfProtect Quantum servers and carried out an emergency reboot to prevent larger disruptions. This caused a 2 minute disruption for some customers, however service is now running as normal. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We are rebooting the service again as we are noticing some performance degradation.

The service was running at suboptimal speeds between 11:01 and 11:08. After a reboot, services are running as expected. We are investigating the root cause of this now.
