We are aware of some operational issues with SurfProtect. Customers have reported slow speeds using Quantum AD. Our engineers are investigating and will provide updates.

One of the services that handles traffic logging was working at capacity and stopped accepting connections, resilience added to the system earlier this year handled the rejected connections and all logging continued, however, the service presented slower than normal service. The issue affecting the traffic logging service was resolved and normal service is restored.
