One of our Juniper MX core routers (r1.man-tcw) in Manchester is experiencing a memory leak on its forwarding engine (tfeb). This is currently non-service-affecting but we will be performing emergency maintenance to attempt to rectify the issue from 00:01 onwards (Friday 22nd July). As a result, there may be some minor instability of routing for customers terminated in Manchester. If a reload of this router is deemed necessary, this will occur in an emergency maintenance window of 01:00 - 04:00 Friday 22nd July.
Attempts to clear the issue by restarting routing processes have not been successful. A reboot of the device will therefore be performed at 01:20am. This will affect customers with services terminating on this router.
Router restarted, customer services directly connected have been restored.
