Customers using our SurfProtect Fusion service are currently unable to browse websites. This is being investigated, we will post an update as soon as we can. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

We have implemented a fix to rectify this issue. Everything is now fully operational.

We are still experiencing intermittent issues. We are looking to resolve this urgently.

Connections appear stable, however we are continuing to watch the service.

This disruption has reoccurred, we are working on resolving the issue.

After further investigation, one of our proxy servers experienced a hardware issue resulting in a restart of the network interfaces. A proxy service running on the server did not recover correctly after the interfaces restarted which affected a portion of the customers using the service. Engineers restarted the proxy which restored the service fully.

This issue has now been rectified, further investigation is underway.
