Some SurfProtect Fusion customers are currently experiencing slow speeds. Our engineers are working on the issue now and we will post an update as soon as possible.
We identified a hardware problem which was causing these issues, we have replaced the affected hardware and the problem is now fixed. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We have made some changes to try and resolve the issue and they have not had sufficient impact, so our engineers are looking into further remedies.
We believe services are running as normal, we are continuing to watch the issue to ensure it is fixed.
