SurfProtect customers may have noticed that the Analytics section of the service is not displaying user activity for the previous 12 days. This data has not been lost and will be available to view as soon as the display issue has been rectified on the portal.
We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and will provide a further update within 24 hours.
21/11/2018 11:44: Data has now been restored and is now visible on the SurfProtect panel for the majority of customers, however the graphical representation of data is not currently viewable on the panel. A small minority may still be unable to view their complete logs, however this is being investigated by the R&D team and an update will be provided on this as soon as possible.
