One of our routers terminating DSL customers has experienced an issue. Our engineers are currently examining the problem and further updates will be provided as soon as the root cause has been identified.

14:41: Our engineers have identified the cause and are now performing a reboot. All services should be running as normal within minutes.

14:46: The issue has now been resolved, all connections should now be running as normal. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
