We have had a report of slower speeds being experienced, we have identified that this is only likely to affect a small number of customers, however the route cause is still being investigated.

We are looking into the issue as a matter of urgency and will post an update ASAP.

A replacement component has been provisioned and is fully operational.

All services are running as normal.

Our engineers have reorganised some our SurfProtect traffic flow to help alleviate the slow downs experienced by some customers, who should now be noticing improvement in speeds.

We have identified that one of the components responsible for applying decision-making processes had failed, this component was subsequently not used which increased workload on the remaining components.

Replacement services are being provisioned.
