We’re unable to access the Internet or make or receive calls at this moment in time, however our team is investigating and working to rectify this as soon as possible. 15:02 We are now aware that there has been a fibre break in Leeds and a number of customers may therefore also be experiencing a disruption to their connectivity. We will provide further information shortly.
15:25 This fibre break has also impacted upon our network resilience. The issue is solely affecting Leeds, Bradford and Halifax customers - all other connectivity services should be working as normal.
