We are aware of and working on an issue where AD users are currently unable to navigate to web pages. We will update further when we have more information.

13:00 - We have identified the issue and it appears to have been resolved, we are continuing to monitor this service before marking the status as fully operational. 16:00 - We have now seen three hours of continuous normal service and are marking this issue as resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience.
