00:20 We are currently experiencing a loss of service (fibre break) on a core link from London to Northampton. This is affecting leased line and DarkLight customers in Northampton and Milton Keynes. The issue has been reported to the fibre provider as a P1 case.
01:30 Service has been restored by the provider. We are awaiting confirmation of all-clear (no further risk of outage).
01:46 Provider confirms root cause was a fibre break between Milton Keynes and Hemel Hempstead. Still awaiting all-clear notification.
