A number of customers have reported experiencing slow speeds. At the moment there is no identifiable pattern, however our team are investing the issue and an update will be provided as soon as we have further information.
11:52 Our tests reveal that the issue is effecting an extremely small number of schools in a specific location, our engineers are now working to identify the specific cause.
12:19 We have located the issue with one of suppliers. We have now raised the problem with their team and are awaiting confirmation that this has been received. Following this, we will be able to receive - and communicate to you - an ETA for the resolution of the issue.
15:58: This issue has now been resolved for all customers. We are awaiting an official RFO from the supplier and as soon as this has been provided, we will be able to issue our own RFO document for all customers to view.
