11:50 Hardware replacement has been completed, customer services are beginning to recover.

We have identified a hardware failure in our Sheffield POP. This is affecting a small number of customers in the area.

Engineers have been dispatched to replace the device. We are expecting this to be resolved during the morning but will update further in two hours.
