Exa Networks - SurfProtect Maintenance Day 4 – Maintenance details

We will be carrying out essential maintenance during the half-term period, w/c 16/02/26. The work is being carried out to apply the latest security releases. The work is being carried out during the half-term to limit the impact it will have on your school(s). During the maintenance window, we will be required to reboot each server numerous times, so all customers will see an outage on at least one of the five days. We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause you, but appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure the SurfProtect platform remains stable and secure.
