Our suppliers will be carrying out essential maintenance over 9 nights starting at 8 pm on Wednesday, 19th November. The work will take place between 8 pm and 6 am each evening. The first night of work will be on Wednesday, 19th November, and will end in the morning on Friday, 28th. All affected customers will experience a full connection outage during this window. All customers affected by the work will have been contacted directly. The work is being carried out due to the closure of some supplier infrastructure in Leeds We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
