Exa Networks - SurfProtect Maintenance - Real Time Alerts – Maintenance details

At 8 pm on Friday, we will perform essential maintenance to update the OS on one of the servers responsible for the Real Time Alerts feature within SurfProtect. Real Time Alerts will not be alerted or recorded during this two-hour maintenance window. We are carrying out the maintenance at 8 pm to limit the impact this feature being down may cause. Our Services engineers will ensure the feature is operational again before the maintenance window is closed.
