Exa Networks - DWDM Network Maintenance – Maintenance details

We have detected optical loss in one of the fibre links within our DWDM transmission network connecting Bradford and Leeds. While this issue is not currently affecting service, our engineering team will take proactive measures to conduct fibre testing to pinpoint the source of the optical loss. This will allow us to develop a plan of action to resolve the issue before it potentially disrupts services in the future. The maintenance procedure is expected to take approximately 30 minutes. During this time, traffic will be rerouted through alternative paths within our network to ensure uninterrupted service.
