Exa Networks - DWDM Platform Manchester – Maintenance details

Our existing infrastructure used to support our DWDM platform in Manchester is now at the end of its product lifecycle and needs to be refreshed. On 02/11/2023 between 19:00-23:30, our engineering team will be migrating our DWDM platform to new equipment. During the maintenance traffic will be re-routed via redundant fibre paths so customer connectivity will not be directly impacted. Customers who take optical wavelengths between Manchester and Bradford will experience brief disruption whilst we migrate to the new equipment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to provide you with a better, more efficient platform.
