Exa Networks - Virtual FortiGate Platform – Maintenance details

Our engineering team will be implementing a series of backend configuration changes to enhance the performance of our virtual FortiGate platform on September 14, 2023, between 18:00 and 20:00. These improvements are crucial for optimising system performance. Following the implementation of these updates, a platform reboot will be necessary to activate the changes. During this reboot, customers hosted in our Manchester data centre may experience a temporary downtime of up to ten minutes.
