June 20, 2023 at 6:00 PMOur network engineering team will be migrating our DWDM platform to new equipment, this will be used to support our DWDM platform between Manchester and Bradford, as this is at the end of its product lifecycle and needs to be refreshed.
The maintenance will occur on 20/06/2023 between 19:00 - 23:30. During the maintenance traffic will be re-routed via redundant fibre paths so the customer’s connectivity will not be directly impacted by the maintenance.
Customers who take optical wavelengths between Manchester and Bradford will experience brief disruption whilst we migrate the fibre path to the new equipment and experience up to 30 minutes of disruption.
