We will need to power down one of our SurfProtect servers in London to facilitate a RAM upgrade, this will result in all customers on that sever experience a lack of internet during the work.
The upgrade should take 10 minutes to compete, but we will be allocating a 1 hour window for the work, this gives time for the relevant department to ensure all services are fully operation before closing off the maintenance.
