We have identified a fibre break on one of our core links connecting London and Manchester. Traffic is being rerouted through our national network. Although customers may have experienced a slight disruption in connectivity at 11:54 during the reconvergence, services should have resumed as normal with no ongoing degradation.
The fault has been escalated to our supplier, who is currently working to identify the root cause of the problem. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as we receive them.
