SurfProtect SurfProtect - Website Analytics

We are aware of an issue that will be preventing some of our SurfProtect customers from viewing the logs in the website analytics on SurfProtect. The root cause has been identified and an initial fix was rolled out yesterday evening, unfortunately, this has not had the desired effect. As a result, we are carrying out maintenance work this evening to resolve the issue.

Please note, that whilst the logs are not visible under the analytics section, all traffic has been logged on the backend servers and will be propagated to the SurfProtect panel once the issue is resolved.

Maintenance
Ubiquiti EdgeRouter Firmware Upgrade

We will be upgrading firmware on Ubiquiti EdgeRouters over the next 6 weeks between the hours of 1 am and 3 am Monday to Thursday. Customers will experience downtime of 5 to 10 minutes during this period.

DarkLight - Supplier Maintenance

Our suppliers will be carrying out maintenance work on a live link. Whilst services will not be subject to any outage, they are to be considered at risk during the work period.

Works will take place between 8 pm and 6 am each night during the maintenance window.

If you experience any issues post 6 am on any of the days, please get in touch with our helpdesk and we will investigate.

Fortigate - Firmware Upgrades

From Monday 31st January, we will be carrying out firmware upgrades on all Exa managed customer Fortigate firewalls. The work will be scheduled to take place between 11 pm and 2 am the following morning. This has been done to ensure we do not impact any customers network connectivity during working hours.

The firewalls will be upgraded In small batches and will be checked by our support team each morning to ensure no issues have arisen. The upgrade work will be carried out daily, lasting for 2 weeks, with the exclusion of Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
