Supplier maintenance

One of our suppliers will be performing maintenance which will affect customers in our Worthing POP. This is scheduled to start at 19:00 on Wednesday 6th October and end at 07:00 on Thursday, 7th October. During this time customers will experience a service outage whilst fibres are worked on along the route to London. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Mail Filestore System Upgrade

We will be performing an Operating System upgrade on Mail Filestore B, on Friday 8th October between 8-10pm. This upgrade will involve up to three reboots, customers with mail hosted on this Filestore will have their access interrupted intermittently during the process. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Virtual Firewall Maintenance

We will be performing configuration changes on our virtual firewall platform in London to improve user experience using VoIP services. Customers should not experience any disruption however, if you do please get in touch with our technical support team on 0345 145 1234.

VoIP handset - firmware upgrade

BT will be performing firmware upgrades to Yealink T23, T40G & CP920 at 8pm on Thursday 21st October 2021. This should not cause any disruption to customer's services, the handsets will either automatically upgrade from weekly polled updates or can be done via a manual reboot.

Inbound call issues

We're currently experiencing technical issues with our phone system which is affecting all incoming calls. However, we are able to make outbound calls. If you need to contact us, please email us with your telephone number and we will call you back. We are investigating this and we will provide an update when services have been restored. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

SurfProtect Connectivity Disruption

Some customers are currently experiencing issues accessing the internet, if this is affecting you please try rebooting your router. If this does not fix the problem please get in touch with our support team.

Connectivity Performance Notice

This is an initial advisory notice:

One of our suppliers has had a fibre break on their network, we have already re-routed all customer traffic to take an alternate path. Customers should not be experiencing any performance or connectivity issues, however if you are, please contact our Technical Support Team who will be happy to help.

DSL DSL Re-authentication Issues

Some DSL customers have experienced issues this morning, where their connection was not re-authenticating. We have now rectified this issue, however if you are still experiencing problems try rebooting your router. Any further issues please get in touch with our technical support team.
