Maintenance window 30th December 08:00 - 17:00 We are performing network maintenance at our Manchester and London DC's to migrate xDSL assets to new infrastructure. Traffic will re-route via alternative paths during which, customers may see a blip in connectivity however all services will remain operational.
One of our key suppliers is performing maintenance on the evening of the 9th February 2021 at 23:00 until 06:00 on the 10th February.
Customers may see connections drop during this time but will reconnect within 10 minutes.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Two new LNS’s are being brought online to help distribute the customer traffic and release the strain on the existing services. This will result in a brief period where customers will not be able to renew/establish new DSL connections. This will only affect customers who restart their router/DSL connection during the maintenance period, existing connections will not be effected.
