DSL Authentification component restart

After a hardware change, one of our servers that contributes to our DSL Authentification system needs to be restarted.

This will take place on Monday 17th at 5pm. The disruption is likely very minimal with completion targeted to <1 minute. During the maintenance, routers may experience a delay in authentification, however, services should be otherwise unaffected.

Some customers have been experiencing performance issues this morning due to a DDos attack against one of our customers. We are seeing improvements, however are still working on fixing the issue.

General Connectivity Network Stability - DDoS Attack

One of our customers has been targeted by a Denial of Service Attack. Our engineers have mitigated this attack between 1:30 - 1:35. Service is now running as normal.

SurfProtect Log Visibility Issues

Customers are currently unable to view SurfProtect logs from 2AM onwards this morning. The data is still stored and we are working to fix this issue, apologies for any inconvenience.
