We noticed a link failure from one of our upstream providers this evening which affected connectivity to some destinations for a few minutes before automatic re-routing via alternate routes.
We notice that the provider link is currently unstable. While this is not affecting customers, we will remove it from our network to be safe while we ask for the issue to be investigated.
Access to SurfProtect Analytics graphs is currently unavailable. However, the data is still stored and will be viewable once we have resolved this issue. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
There is a delay in retrieving search data for SurfProtect analytics. If data searches are taking longer than 1 minute to display, this indicates that the data is not readily available. Try narrowing your search criteria, if you still experience problems please contact our Helpdesk.
